L'été actif: Sport for All

During each summer season, the tourist office, together with the sports section of the Dordogne department, offers a programme of fun and sporting activities. This year, 39 activities are proposed during the summer.

Activities are offered at very attractive rates because they are financially supported by our community of communes and the Dordogne department.

2020 activities

• SPELEOLOGY: Initiation to caving in natural caves. Cool down in the mysterious caves of Périgord. Minimum 10 years old. 8 people maximum. 10€
• CANOEING: a descent along the Auvézère from Cherveix-Cubas. Minimum 8 years old. 12 people maximum. 8€
• FISHING: Initiation to angling at Thenon lake. Minimum 8 years old. 12 people maximum. 5€
• STAND UP PADDLE (1h): Introductory sessions at Fossemagne lake, the Bassin de la Vézère at Terrasson, lake Coucou in Hautefort. Minimum 8 years old. 12 people maximum. 5€
• GIANT CLUEDO: Come and solve a mystery with clues hidden all over the ancient city. Minimum 7 years old. Maximum 30 people. (-12 years old accompanied by an adult). 8€
• BABY PONEY (1h): Introduction to horse riding for the very young. 3 to 5 years old. Group max. 6 children 8€
• GOLD PANNING:With your feet in the water, go in search of gold dust or other semi-precious stones and leave with your treasure! The hunt for hidden treasure is open. Minimum 6 years old, children accompanied by an adult. 10€
• HORSE RIDING (1h): Introduction to horse riding. Groups from 3 to 7 years old and from 7 to 14 years old. 12 people maximum per group. 8€.
