This tour will set you on the right trail... In Terrasson or Thenon, you can witness the truffle auctions at the controlled markets (Thursday mornings in Terrasson, Tuesday mornings in Thenon), but you can also learn from producers directly on their farms, in Gabillou or Sainte-Orse, the different techniques to unearth the famous Grail .
